Folian desktop software is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment processing and receipts are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record where applicable.

No refunds (general rule)

Except where required by applicable law, purchases of Folian are non-refundable once the software or download access has been supplied.

By purchasing Folian, you acknowledge that you are buying access to a downloadable desktop application and that no refund is offered once access or download has been provided, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule requires otherwise.

Mandatory consumer rights

If a payment provider, consumer law or platform rule requires a different refund process, that rule will apply only where legally required. Final wording should be checked against Lemon Squeezy's merchant-of-record requirements before purchases are enabled.
